~ Yoga Class Fees: There are NO fees for scheduled Yoga or Aerobic Sessions. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and water. For the Aerobics sessions, bring CLEAN shoes. All sessions are ‘Open’ – meaning you don’t have to participate in the full duration of the session. If 20 to 30 mins. are enough for you, or you prefer the full 60 or 90 mins., all are okay. After your yoga practice be sure to relax in Savasana before departing.
On Monday & Wednesday there are options for getting in a bit of aerobic work in the downstairs classroom or you may opt to be in the upstairs classroom for your own Yoga or Meditation Practice. From 12 to 1:00 there is a lead yoga class for those who would like to join.
