Her techniques, training and education include: Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone, Hydrotherapy, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Work, Deep Relaxation, CranialSacral, Autism Spectrum, Brain Injuries (TBI), PTSD, Learning Disabilities, Ayurvedic Techniques & Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, NLP, Sports Massage, and proper use of Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils.
Georgia received her training for Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) from schools in California, and her Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification in Alaska. She continues the study of Yoga, Massage, and the potential of the human body. Along with majoring in Business and Human Resources, Georgia is also qualified to teach a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification program approved by Yoga Alliance.
Her yoga instruction blends the disciplines of Iyengar & Ashtanga Yoga styles. In her more advanced yoga classes, students can expect a good dose of Ashtanga Yoga & take-it-to-the edge YogicArts. In ’77, Georgia began her yoga practice to keep injury free while participating in competitive sports. Yoga helped obtain deep stretching, relaxation, and the sharp mental edge necessary for competition. Georgia enjoys mountain running, the challenge of Ultras and other adventures.
